Description: The most typical cold cut of the Langhe area, still prepared completely by hand with coarse ground pork, selected only from the most select cuts. With absolutely no additives and no flours derived from milk, it is stuffed into natural gut casing and tied by hand into small bites which are then left to age until optimal maturation. Taste is sweet and delicate, a great match for mushrooms and vegetables in oil. Conservation: Wrap in a damp cloth or wax paper and refrigerate at +2/4°C after opening.
