Description: Cantucci are a typical and traditional Tuscan dessert; dry elongated cookies obtained from cutting the dough diagonally after baking. The name derives from "canto", corner, or "cantellus", Latin for piece or slice of bread. We present them in a particularly tasty Cocoa and Hazelnut version, to be served together with classic Tuscan Vin Santo. Conservation: Store in a cool, dry place after opening.
