  • Lardo di Arnad
    Lard from Arnad - 300 gr


    Weight: 300 gr. vacuum pack.
    Ingredients: Pork lard, water, salt, rosemary, sage, garlic, bay leaves, unground spices. No preservatives added.
    Description: Lardo d’Arnad is a symbol of the Valle d’Aosta culinary tradition. Obtained from pork shoulder properly cleaned of fat and cut in a square shape, it is left to mature inside "doils", old containers made of chestnut or oak wood, where the overlapping layers of lard are alternated with a mixture of salt, water, spices, natural flavorings and aromatic mountain herbs. The lard is then left to age for at least three months, during which it takes on the scent and pleasantly sweet flavor that make it so unique. Cut into thin slices and enjoy with Raclette and vegetables in oil.
    Conservation: Wrap in aluminum or plastic foil and refrigerate at +2/4°C after opening.

    Ingredients:   50% Cheeses (35% Fontina D.O.P. cheese, table cheeses), water, cream, cornstarch, egg yolks, melting salt: sodium citrate. Preservative: sorbic acid.
    Description:   A delicious cream cheese produced with the original Fontina of Valle d'Aosta, the most noble and genuine traditions of good Valle d'Aosta cuisine unchanged and guaranteed by continuous monitoring of every processing stage. Taste it with your friends or family!
    Conservation:   Refrigerate at +2/4°C after opening.

  • Salsa di Pere al vino rosso
    Pear jam with red wine


    Weight: 240 gr. glass jar.
    Ingredients: Pears, 20% red wine, sugar, spices.
    Description: A most appetizing sauce, obtained by letting pears cook slowly in red wine and flavoring them with sugar and spices until the sauce itself is thick and creamy. Great with cheeses such as Fontina, Fromadzo and walnuts or rosemary toma.
