    Description:   Passito wine produced in the provinces of Florence and Siena. It has a golden yellow color with amber reflections, perfume with notes of almond and dried fruit. The taste is warm, harmonious and enveloping. It is harvested by hand, leaving the bunches to dry on special grills and left to ferment for at least 48 months in small oak barrels.
    Recommended pairings:   Serve it as a dessert at a temperature of around 18° C, accompanied by the classic Tuscan Cantucci or canned fruit.

    Ingredients: Wheat flour, sugar, 12% bitter cocoa, 8% hazelnuts, eggs, butter, leavening agents (monopotassium tartrate, sodium hydrogen carbonate, waxened cornstarch).
    Description: Cantucci are a typical and traditional Tuscan dessert; dry elongated cookies obtained from cutting the dough diagonally after baking. The name derives from "canto", corner, or "cantellus", Latin for piece or slice of bread. We present them in a particularly tasty Cocoa and Hazelnut version, to be served together with classic Tuscan Vin Santo.
    Conservation: Store in a cool, dry place after opening.
