    Ingredients: Extra virgin olive oil, anchovies packed in salt 20%, wine vinegar, salt, aromatic plants.
    Description: A very delicate cream, created by refining an old recipe from Liguria using anchovies - "pan du ma" in Genoese dialect - as the main ingredient. Delicious when spread on “ciappe” made with olives and oregano and “brichetti” with olive oil. Also ideal with fresh or grilled vegetables.
    Conservation: Refrigerate at +2/4°C after opening.

    Ingredients: Cream of Ligurian Taggiasche olives in brine 78%, extra virgin olive oil, aromatic plants. May contain some pit residue.
    Description: Delicate cream of taggiasche olives in brine, seasoned with Ligurian herbs and extra virgin olive oil, ideal as an appetizer spread on “ciappe” made with olives and oregano and together with “brichetti” with olive oil.

    Description: The “Ciappe” of Taggia - here in their version withoregano - are a typical bakery product of the Ligurian tradition, a result of an exclusive and unique working by hand which gives them a very special taste and fragrance. In the Ligurian dialect, "ciappa" is the thin slab of slate commonly used to cover the roofs of old houses which also served as a cooking surface in the rural culture of the time. Delicious spread with vegetable and anchovy creams, with fish fillets, vegetables in olive oil, giardiniera and olives in brine.

    Ingredients: wheat flour 75%, olive oil, olives 10.5%, yeast, salt, malt flour. Contains gluten.
    Description: Simple in shape but unique in taste, these breadsticks hold the great taste of olive oil within. The secret of their fragrant goodness is that they are rolled exclusively by hand, thus guaranteeing a high quality product. “Grissotti” with Taggia olives are very tasty combined with vegetable and anchovy creams, with fish fillets, vegetables in olive oil, giardiniera and olives in brine.

    Description: These elongated and slender bodied fish undergo a salting process for a minimum of 60 days, after which they are sliced lengthwise, washed, descaled, filleted, boned and finally rolled with capers and placed in a jar in extra-virgin olive oil. Anchovies with capers are a delicious match with mixed vegetable appetizers and olives in brine. Try them with delicious traditional Ligurian baked products!
