Ingredients: Dolcetto grape must, Renetta apples, Quince, Madernassa pears, walnuts and Piemonte hazelnuts.
Description: Cognà is a typical old recipe of Alba and the Langhe, according to which the fruit (grape clusters, apples and pears) was cooked together with walnuts and hazelnuts, until a creamy sauce with a very unique taste was created. Serve together with cheeses to enhance their taste.
Conservation: Refrigerate at +2/4°C after opening.
