Rolled Anchovies with Capers

Weight: 80 gr glass jar.
Ingredients: Anchovies, olive oil, capers, salt.
Description: These elongated and slender bodied fish undergo a salting process for a minimum of 60 days, after which they are sliced lengthwise, washed, descaled, filleted, boned and finally rolled with capers and placed in a jar in extra-virgin olive oil. Anchovies with capers are a delicious match with mixed vegetable appetizers and olives in brine. Try them with delicious traditional Ligurian baked products!
Conservation: Refrigerate at +2/4°C after opening.
