Risotto with Porcini Mushrooms and Truffles

Ingredients: Rice, 2.2% dried porcino mushrooms (Boletus edulis and related family), vegetable extract, 0.1% dried truffles (Tuber aestivum and albidum).
Description: With its traditional and exceptional taste, risotto with porcino mushrooms and truffles is a classic Piedmontese first course which preserves the fragrance of its two main ingredients even after cooking. Add the contents of the package to 1,5 liters of cold water and a pinch of salt and bring to a boil. Cook uncovered for approximately 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve with a trickle of extra-virgin olive oil. Cooking time: 15 minutes.
Conservation: Store in a cool, dry place after opening.
