    Description:   Nocciolini di Chivasso are tiny and crumbly sweets made with meringue and Piedmontese hazelnuts, typical of the town of Chivasso, just outside Turin. They come from the artisanal processing of hazelnuts, sugar and egg white. The resulting dough is poured dropwise onto a baking sheet on which it is then baked. Together with the black and white sweet truffles, they represent an exquisite way to end the meal!
    Ingredients:   Piedmont IGP hazelnuts 33%, sugar 35%, egg white 32%. It may contain traces of cereals, milk and nuts.
