Weight: 75 cl. glass bottle. Description: Gamay is a grapevine originating in Borgogna in France; it was introduced in Valle d’Aosta in the late 60’s. The color is ruby red with crimson hues, the fragrance intense and typical of wine, enriched by floral and spicy notes, the flavor fresh, dry, medium-bodied, slightly bitter at the end. Recommended with Valle d’Aosta salami, delicate or light first dishes, white meat and quiches. Producer: Cave Des Onze Communes.
