It is obtained from the processing of the pork shoulder which, properly degreased and then squared, is placed to mature in "doils", ancient containers made of chestnut or oak wood, inside which, the layers of lard superimposed until filling, alternates a mixture composed of salt, water, spices, natural flavors and aromatic mountain herbs. Here the lard is left to mature for at least three months and during this period it acquires the pleasantly sweet aroma and flavor that make it a unique product. Cut it into very thin slices and enjoy it with the Raclette and vegetables in oil. Ingredients: Pork lard, water, salt, rosemary, sage, garlic, bay leaf, spices. Contains no preservatives.
