Ingredients:   Extra virgin olive oil, 25% concentrated basil, salt, corn starch, wine vinegar, lactic acid.
Description:   This basil cream is prepared according to the rules of the traditional recipe, without garlic. It is recommended to dress a good dish of Ligurian linguine or steamed swordfish, or to spread on canapés or in sandwiches as an aperitif.
Conservation:   Refrigerate at +2/4°C after opening
