Ingredients:   Whole raw cow milk, salt, rennet.
Description:   Toma of mountain pastures is a soft cheese made from raw whole milk, with a thin and reddish crust, aged in the mountain pastures in Alpe Oregge, within the National Park of Gran Paradiso. Color is slightly yellowish, slightly sweet and well-articulated in taste. Delicious with Cognà from Alba, Moscato and Dolcetto wine jellies and truffle flavored honey
