Description:   Semi-fat cheese made from raw cow's milk, it is left to mature in a humid cellar for at least 60 days, until the paste becomes compact and elastic and acquires a sweet and pleasant flavor. Toma di Lanzo is a typical cheese of the Piedmontese tradition to be enjoyed in combination with Cognà, Moscato and Dolcetto jellies and honey. It is also a sought-after ingredient in the preparation of first courses such as risottos, soups and other cheese-based recipes.
