Ingredients:   Eggplants, peppers, celery, capers, green olives "Nocellara Etnea", onion, tomato, raisins, pine nuts, extra virgin olive oil, vinegar, sugar, tomato extract.
(It may contain traces of nuts, cheese, fish).

Description:   Typical product of Sicilian cuisine, made of fried vegetables, seasoned with tomato sauce, celery, onion, olives and capers, in sweet sour sauce. It is usually used as a side dish or appetizer, accompanied by bread or breadsticks.
