Description:   Artisan pasta typical of southern Tuscany, Pici are similar to spaghetti but wider. The traditional recipe is simple: water, flour and salt. The preparation consists of "appiciare", that is, working the dough by hand by pulling it, to create a long but full-bodied spaghetti. Classic pairing with red game meat sauce (wild boar, hare, deer). Cooking time: 16 minutes.
